NJ PLACE – EARN COLLEGE CREDIT FOR YOUR CERTIFICATION

NABCEP Certified PV Installation Professionals, NABCEP Certified Solar Heating Installers, and individuals who achieve a passing score on the NABCEP Associate Program (formally NABCEP’s PV Entry Level Exam) can earn credit toward their college degree through New Jersey Pathways Leading Apprentices to a College Education (NJ PLACE). NJ PLACE is an initiative geared towards helping people apply their apprenticeship education from participating programs towards a college degree. Credits awarded for each achievement are as follows:

• PV Installation Professional- 6 Credits
• Solar Heating Installer – 6 Credits
• PV Entry Level – 3 Credits
